Welcome to our Pet of the Month feature page. Not only will you be able to view a larger photo of this month's featured pet, but you'll also be able to see past picks.

 Meet Freida, May's Pet of the Month

Freida is a gorgeous, 1 year old, white domestic shorthair who belongs to Keith and Pegeen.

She is a young, energetic kitty who loves to catch bugs, chase her "Da Bird" toy, and keep watch over everything that goes on in her home.

Freida is a very sweet little cat and her owners feel very lucky to have her in their life.  They say that she is special because "she makes us all happy."

Meet Bubba, April's Pet of the Month  Meet Bubba, April's Pet of the Month

Bubba is a handsome, 6 year old Australian Shepherd who belongs to Ray and Mary. 

Bubba is quite the inspirational dog. First of all, he is a certified therapy dog.  Secondly, a few years ago he started a weight loss program and with hard work and dedication, he has lost nearly 30 pounds!  This weight loss has allowed him to fully enjoy all of his favorite activities, including agility!

Ray and Mary are very thankful to have such a special dog in their life.  Bubba is calm, loving, and the perfect companion. 

 Meet Molly, March's Pet of the Month

Molly is a 5 year old Shih Tzu who belongs to Natalie, Beverly, and LeBron.  Molly has been coming to Carver Lake since she was a tiny little puppy and we've all enjoyed watching her grow over the years. 

Molly enjoys going for walks with her family, playing with Natalie, and chasing leaves in the fall.

Molly's family says that she is a very special little dog who has a loving personality and always greets them with pure joy.  They feel very lucky to have such a wonderful dog in their family.

 Meet Snowfall, February's Pet of the Month

Snowfall is an beautiful white long-haired guinea pig who belongs to Della and her family. 

Snowfall and Della love to spend time playing and cuddling together.  In fact, Snowfall loves people and enjoys running around the house to see her family and anyone else who visits.

Della loves Snowfall and says that she is sweet, silly, and smart, and loves everyone, even if she's never met them.  They all feel very lucky to have such a special little pet in their family.

 Meet Griffin, January's Pet of the Month!

Griffin is an adorable, 3 year old Goldendoodle who belongs to Dan and Katie.  This picture was taken when he was just a few months old!

Griffin's favorite activities include playing with other dogs, going for walks, and romping around outside in the snow.

Dan and Katie say Griffin is a very special dog because he is so loving and calm, and listens very well to them.  They feel lucky to have such a sweet dog in their family.

 Meet Fasb, December's Pets of the Month!

Fasb (Fazz-Bee) is an adorable 6 year old black lab who belongs to Gage and his family.  In the picture Fasb is just a little pup, but over the last 6 years he has grown into an amazing part of their family.

Gage says that Fasb's favorite activities include running and playing fetch.  And one of the best things about him is that he always comes to Gage when he calls him. 

Gage and his family are especially thankful this holiday season that they have such an incredible dog in their lives.

 Meet Blue, November's Pet of the Month!

Blue is a gorgeous 1 year old Russian Blue who belongs to Cole and Julia. 

Blue spends her time following her family around the house and playing any chance she gets!  She also enjoys snuggling up with a good book....in the lap of one of her family members of course!

The whole family agrees that they are very lucky to have such a loving cat like Blue in their lives. 

 Meet Tucker, October's Pet of the Month!

Tucker is a cute little 9-year old Yorkipoo who belongs to Dawn.  Dawn has been bringing Tucker to Carver Lake since he was just a puppy and it's been fun to watch him grow over the years...not that he's gotten that much bigger!  Although he is only 6 pounds, what he lacks in size, he more than makes up for in personality! 

Dawns says that Tucker enjoys just about any activity and is very loving.  She feels very lucky to have such a cool little dog in her life. 

 Meet Adah, September's Pet of the Month!

Adah is a 9 year old Spaniel Mix who lives with Nancy and her family.  Although she is technically considered a "senior" dog, Adah still enjoys many activities, her favorite of which is swimming!

Adah's family is quite large, but that's how she likes it.  In fact, Nancy says one of the things that makes Adah special is how much she loves caring for their four children.  The whole family feels very fortunate to have such an amazing dog in their lives.

Harlie  Meet Simon, August's Pet of the Month

Simon is a gorgeous domestic longhaired cat who will be celebrating his 18th birthday this month!   His family, Kris and Kelsie, say that although he is getting older, he is still going strong!

His favorite activities include sleeping, eating, and spending time with his family.  Kris and Kelsie say that he is a huge part of their family and they feel very lucky to have had him in their lives for so long. 

Gem  Meet Gem, July's Pet of the Month

Gem is a 9-year old black lab/border collie mix who lives with Jody and her family. 

Gem's favorite activities include going for a morning run with her mom, walking with her buddy Ben, and playing with her "pet" friends in the neighborhood.

It's no wonder she has so many friends, as she is super sweet and very mild tempered.  She loves people and always knows when someone needs a hug or kiss to cheer them up.  Jody and her family feel so lucky to have Gem in their lives.

Nala, Pet of the Month  Meet Nala, June's Pet of the Month

Nala is a 7 year old Shih Tzu, who belongs to Madi, Olivia, and their family.

Nala’s favorite activities include playing, napping, and spending time with her family.

Her family says Nala is special for many reasons, but young Madi says the absolute best things about her are that “she is cute and she is mine.” They feel very lucky to have such a great dog as part of their family.
